Director of Resident Activities & Wellness

Parklands-Care-Center is seeking an administrator to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the Activities Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, as well as facility policies, to meet the well‑being of each resident.

The role leads program development, policy updates, staff supervision, committee participation, budgeting, and cross‑department coordination to ensure daily meaningful activities and the active engagement of residents and families.
