About the Role:

As our Director of Rehabilitation , you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, including developing and implementing treatment plans, staffing, and budgeting.




• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.




• Conducting patient assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers.




• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accrediting organizations, and professional standards.




• Recruiting, motivating, and mentoring staff to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.




• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based research to continuously improve our rehabilitation programs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant.




• Active licensure in the state of Alabama and certified by the relevant professional organization




• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.




• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
