Director of Rehabilitation - Nursing Home

**Salary Up To $85K Per Year; Based On Experience**

Responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services


• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes


• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate rehabilitation staff; manage hiring, training, and scheduling


• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards


• Monitor and manage department productivity, staffing efficiency, and budget performance

Requirements of the Director of Rehabilitation:

• Must have experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility


• Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations pertaining to facility and rehabilitation functions as well as state and federal reimbursement for therapy and nursing services


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
