Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

Enhance Rehabilitation is hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services at one or more of our service locations.

As a Director of Rehab, you will lead the highest quality care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will ensure successful operations of the assigned location(s) while maintaining evidence‑based clinical standards and regulatory compliance.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including staff and contract labor.
2. Communicate effectively with the management team, other Directors and Regional Managers.
3. Ensure adherence to evidence‑based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
4. Oversee clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
5. Handle hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
6. Provide excellent customer service to the location team, delivering reports and developing programs appropriate for the patient population.
7. Provide excellent customer service to clients and families.
