Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation at Autumn Lake at Alice Manor. You'll lead the skilled nursing rehab department, balancing residents' clinical needs with staff support and daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate PT, OT, and SLP services, including staffing and caseload assignments
- Guide clinicians through care planning, documentation, and department expectations
- Review therapy outcomes and identify opportunities to improve services
- Work with nursing and facility leadership to resolve care and scheduling needs
- Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable regulations

Qualifications
- Active Maryland license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of therapy documentation, Medicare, and PDPM
- Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
