Responsibilities

• · Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity,documentation, and quality outcomes.
• · Mentor and support therapy clinicians andassistants.
• · Collaborate with facility leadership and theinterdisciplinary care team.
• · Support recruitment, onboarding, staffdevelopment, and retention.
• · Maintain compliance with applicable clinical andregulatory standards.

Qualifications

• · Graduate of an accredited rehabilitation therapyprogram.
• · Active applicable state professional license ingood standing.
• · Previous SNF/post-acute rehabilitationexperience preferred.
• · Rehabilitation leadership or management experiencestrongly preferred.
• · Strong leadership, communication, organization,and team-building skills.
