Director of Rehabilitation & Therapy Services

Sweetwater Care seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee Rehabilitation Services across California facilities, including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy programs. You will lead day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with the organization’s goals.

You will mentor Directors of Rehab, ensure adequate therapy coverage, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and staff to drive patient satisfaction and program development.
