Director of Rehab Services & Operations

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee day-to-day operations across rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy in the region. You will coordinate clinical programs with safety, quality, and budget goals while reporting to the VP of Rehabilitation Services.

This leadership role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OT/PT/SLP, active licenses, at least five years of clinical experience, and two to three years of leadership
