Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Rehabilitation Department, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding patient care
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and services, collaborating with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans for patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and latest research
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families, promoting effective communication and collaboration
• Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing rehabilitation staff, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional care
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in rehabilitation services
