Director of Rehab & Clinical Operations

Sweetwater Care in Melrose, MA seeks a Director of Rehab to lead and coordinate Rehabilitation Services across the region, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. The role reports to the VP of Rehabilitation Services and drives day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives to deliver excellent patient care.

The Director will ensure efficient, compliant service delivery, mentor staff, manage staffing plans and budgets, and collaborate with facilities to improve
