Under the direction of a Team Leader the fundamental role of the Director is to source and support the recruiting efforts of Partner level candidates for placement into positions with law firm clients.Knowledge, Skill and Experience:BA/BS degree, J.D. degree is highly preferredPartner or Senior Associate with 4+ years law firm experienceSales skills, or the willingness and aptitude to learn sameOutstanding writing skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesConfidence working with senior level attorneys and Managing DirectorsHigh energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEntrepreneurial, risk-positive spiritExtraordinary dedication to candidate and client serviceDemonstrated commitment to ethics and integrityCompensation is a base salary, plus commission structure with significant upside potential. We believe in creating a culture where all of our colleagues can bring their full, authentic selves to work and feel included and positioned for success.Contact potential partner candidates by making cold and warm callsDevelop expert knowledge of the local legal marketIdentify and initiate contact with potential new law firm clientsUnder the direction of a Managing Director, meet with candidates; prepare drafts of submission letters, LPQ's, reports and other documentsDevelop search/candidate criteria and perform research utilizing various proprietary, legal and internet sources, to identify qualified Partner level attorney candidatesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with a pipeline of qualified Partner level attorney candidatesAssist in managing candidate activity through the submission process to include:Schedule candidate interviews with clientsAssisting in preparing candidate for client interviewSupport Managing Director efforts to qualify and determine law firms to submit candidatesMaintain candidate and client information in our proprietary database
