To support the Neuroscience team, the full-time remote Director of Rater Training will provide strategic input for rater training and data surveillance services while ensuring the quality of clinical trial data and advancing evidence-based science. Key responsibilities Provide strategic input for the scientific and functional integrity of rater training and data surveillance services Review and develop rater training plans and key risk indicators related to endpoint surveillance deliverables Support all aspects of rater selection, certification, training content, and data surveillance methodology plans Required qualifications PhD or PsyD degree or its international equivalent in a clinical field Minimum of ten (10) years clinical research experience Minimum of five (5) years direct patient care experience Experience in Neuroscience highly prioritized Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
