Director of Racial Equity Policy & Democratic Governance

Race Forward is seeking a Director of Policy and Democratic Governance to lead efforts in advancing policies that promote racial equity. This key role will work with local leaders and government to create impactful policy solutions and strengthen democratic governance. The director will also manage multiple projects across teams while supporting fundraising efforts and community engagement.

With at least 8 years of experience in policy advocacy or organizing, candidates should possess deep knowledge of systemic racial inequities and strong facilitation and communication skills. The position offers flexible working arrangements as it is remote.
