Overview
Our client is seeking a Director of Quality to lead and manage the quality function in a rapidly growing dietary supplement organization . This is a high-impact leadership offering the opportunity to build and shape quality systems in an entrepreneurial, non-corporate environment .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality function and systems
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 (dietary supplements)
- Oversee and maintain GMP / GDP standards
- Drive risk assessment and quality decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives
- Focus on core quality responsibilities (not overloaded operationally)
Required Background
- 5-10+ years in dietary supplement quality
- Strong expertise in:
- 21 CFR Part 111
- GMP / GDP
- Experience managing or contributing to a quality system
- Industry background:
- Dietary supplements (required)
- Pharma (acceptable)
- Medical devices (not preferred)
- Manufacturing exposure preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $160K-$175K (limited flexibility above)
- Bonus Performance-based + Company Performance Based
