Director of Quality

Overview

Our client is seeking a Director of Quality to lead and manage the quality function in a rapidly growing dietary supplement organization . This is a high-impact leadership offering the opportunity to build and shape quality systems in an entrepreneurial, non-corporate environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality function and systems
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 (dietary supplements)
• Oversee and maintain GMP / GDP standards
• Drive risk assessment and quality decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally to support business objectives
• Focus on core quality responsibilities (not overloaded operationally)

Required Background

• 5-10+ years in dietary supplement quality
• Strong expertise in:
  • 21 CFR Part 111
  • GMP / GDP
• Experience managing or contributing to a quality system
• Industry background:
  • Dietary supplements (required)
  • Pharma (acceptable)
  • Medical devices (not preferred)
• Manufacturing exposure preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160K-$175K (limited flexibility above)
• Bonus Performance-based + Company Performance Based

In addition to base pay, direct-hire employees may be eligible for client offered benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, and paid leave where required by applicable law. Eligibility may vary based on factors such as location and hire date and is subject to change.
