We are currently seeking an experienced:
DIRECTOR of QUALITY – HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Star Ratings program for Home Health and Hospice
- Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Value-based Purchasing program for Home Health
- Serve as internal expert on CMS methodology changes and reporting guidance
- Review CMS Provider Preview Reports and lead pre-publication response efforts
- Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership on quality strategy
- Prepare executive dashboards, board-level summaries, and leadership reports
- Prepare and present Quality program updates to Liberty leadership and other employees as appropriate
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Active clinical license (RN required; BSN strongly preferred)
- Active OASIS Certification preferred (must be maintained during employment)
- Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience in home health and hospice.
- Demonstrated experience with home health and hospice CMS quality reporting programs
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
