Director of Qualification & Production Readiness

Hadrian is seeking a Head of Qualification to own and scale how parts get qualified for production across defense programs. You will oversee the end-to-end pipeline, from intake to source approval, and manage a team of PQMs and engineers to deliver production-ready data and TDPs.

You will define scope, drive workflow automation, and serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring throughput and data confidence while building a high-performing qualification organization.
