Director of QC & Biologics Analytics

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Director of Quality Control to lead QC strategy and execution in a fast-paced biotech environment. You will coordinate Analytical Development, QA, and external CDMOs to ensure clinical-stage products are tested, compliant, and safe for use.

You will build and scale QC systems, oversee vendors, manage method lifecycle, and support IND/IMPD submissions while driving continuous improvement in GMP-compliant testing and data integrity.
