Clutch is looking for a strategic and seasoned Director of Project Management for a client of ours—a prominent healthcare marketing and advertising agency. We need a seasoned operational leader who can oversee complex multichannel workflows, drive delivery across major brand accounts, and bring deep expertise in broadcast and video production.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee the project management department for key client accounts, ensuring flawless execution from initial briefing through final delivery.
- Broadcast & Production Oversight: Lead complex broadcast, video, and multimedia productions, managing timelines, budgets, talent agreements, and technical execution.
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Establish, refine, and scale agency-wide project management processes, resource-allocation models, and documentation standards to maximize team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, account management, medical strategy, and technical teams to align project scopes, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Financial & Resource Management: Oversee large project budgets, monitor forecast accuracy, manage scope-change protocols, and balance team bandwidth to prevent burnout.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of progressive project management experience within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment (healthcare or pharma agency background strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing broadcast and video production workflows from pre-production through post-production.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-visibility multichannel campaigns and managing large-scale budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage senior-level client relationships.
- Extensive mastery of modern project management software and resource allocation tools.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite 4 days a week upon conversion.
