If you're looking for a challenging but supportive environment, we welcome you to submit your application for consideration.The Director of Project Management will work alongside all new and developing restaurants and concepts to lead the project management process and ensure that progress is continuously made.

The Director of Project Management will also act as the liaison and communicate any day-to-day events, deadlines, and projected opening dates to all departments. S/he will work closely with staff throughout the organization while ensuring deadlines are efficiently and consistently met.Responsibilities include:Project initiation, including requirements gathering, scope definition and project plan creation and maintenanceDelivery and day-to-day control of the project, overseeing and facilitating project work across a variety of teamsIdentify, manage, and monitor project issues and risks, resolving or escalating in a timely mannerGather and report project status regularly across teams and stakeholdersEstablish project protocols and ensure project artifacts are centralized and up-to-dateEnsure that meetings, discussions, outcomes, and next steps are documentedContribute to process improvements and project management best practicesDemonstrate end-to-end project management experience from initiation through launch and closureTravel outside of New York requiredQualifications:BA Degree required (Business preferred)4+ years of project management experience requiredRestaurant construction, design and build out experience requiredProven understanding of project management principles and methodologies requiredAbility to manage project components across a variety of functional areas a mustExceptional organizational, research, information/data gathering, and facilitation skillsAttention to detail and capacity to multi-taskExcellent written and verbal skillsA collaborative work approach and a strong work ethicWhat's In It For You?Momofuku offers competitive pay (also based on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including vision/dental/medical plans, gym and commuter discounts, an employee dining program along with other perks after required wait periods.
