With a substantial pipeline of campus-scale developments and phased expansion projects, the organisation is continuing to invest heavily in senior programme leadership capability.

The Role

As Director of Project Delivery, you will:

• Lead the successful delivery of hyperscale and AI data center developments wider regional programmes
• Establish programme governance structures, reporting frameworks, and executive-level delivery metrics across multiple projects
• Direct all stages of project execution including planning, procurement, design coordination, construction, commissioning, energisation, and operational handover
• Manage major CAPEX budgets, commercial reporting, procurement schedules, and programme-level risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee multidisciplinary engineering coordination across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, civil, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure systems
• Drive contractor, consultant, and vendor performance across EPC, Design & Build, and Construction Management delivery models
• Act as the primary interface between internal leadership teams, clients, utilities, suppliers, and operational stakeholders
• Support long-term campus expansion strategies, operational readiness programmes, and uptime-focused delivery objectives
• Ensure compliance with Tier III/IV standards, redundancy requirements, regulatory frameworks, and operational resilience targets
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing programme and engineering teams within a fast-paced mission-critical environment

The Person

You will bring:

• 12+ years’ experience delivering hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical infrastructure projects within complex operational environments
• Strong commercial and operational leadership capability with experience managing budgets, schedules, reporting, and risk management frameworks
• Extensive experience coordinating EPC contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups
• Deep technical understanding of critical MEP infrastructure including HV/MV systems, UPS, generators, cooling technologies, fire suppression, and BMS/SCADA environments
• Strong knowledge of Uptime Institute, NFPA, IEC, TIA, and ISO standards within Tier III+ facilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure while maintaining programme quality, operational readiness, and delivery performance
• Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering; MBA or advanced leadership qualification preferred
• PMP, CDCP, ATD, or equivalent mission-critical certifications highly advantageous

Salary

$220,000-$260,000k + Bonus + Equity
