Director of Project Controls & Cost Management

JLL is seeking a Director of Project Controls in the United States to lead multiple engagements and drive control of schedules, budgets, and risks. You will mentor team members, present to stakeholders, and ensure rigorous cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires extensive construction knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Travel about 25% is expected; on-site work in major markets including Phoenix is common.
