Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Director of Program Services to lead behavioral health and social service programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This role provides strategic direction, ensures regulatory and contract compliance, manages budgets, and drives quality and outcomes for client-centered services. The Director will supervise program leaders, support trauma-informed practice, foster a collaborative, faith-inspired and inclusive culture, and build strong partnerships with funders, community agencies, and stakeholders to expand impact and innovate in care delivery.
