Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Director of Program Services to lead and grow behavioral health, housing, and family support programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. In this mission-driven leadership role, you will oversee program strategy, compliance, quality, and budgets while guiding managers and multidisciplinary teams. You will use data to improve outcomes, ensure trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, and strengthen community partnerships.
