Director of Program Management (25794)

NEOTech is a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider serving the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. Our Chatsworth site needs a Director of Program Management to own customer program performance from new product introduction (NPI) through production. You will be a member of site senior staff, the second level of escalation on critical program issues, and a senior partner to Business Development.This role is for an experienced EMS program leader who has run customer programs, owned P&L results, and built strong program management teams. It is not an entry point into the industry.What You'll DoServe as the site's senior program management representative and a member of the site leadership teamAct as the second level of escalation on critical program, delivery, and customer issuesPartner with Business Development to launch new products and support customers through development and NPILead regular program reviews covering quality, on-time delivery, and customer requirementsProvide site incremental sales forecast data and support revenue planningDirectly lead, mentor, and develop the Program Manager team, identify capability gaps, and build development plansUphold ISO-based quality, environmental, health, safety, and security management systems and support 6S objectives10–15 years of program management experienceBachelor's degree required, MBA preferred7+ years in the EMS / contract electronics manufacturing industry (PCBA, box build, or system integration)5+ years of direct people leadership managing multiple skilled direct reportsP&L responsibility and strong business acumenProven ability to influence customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teamsStrong written, verbal, and executive presentation skillsU.S. Citizenship required (ITAR / CUI compliance)PreferredExperience with aerospace, defense, medical, or other regulated-market customersBackground leading NPI-to-production transitions in a high-mix, low-to-mid-volume environmentWhy NEOTech
