Director of Product Operations & AI Governance

project44, headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a Director of Product Operations to report to the CPO and unblock large cross-functional initiatives. You will own the operating system for product programs, drive governance of AI features, and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing.

You’ll own roadmaps, manage release readiness, and maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, and dependencies, enabling strategic decision-making at the executive level.
