Role Description

We are looking for a Director of Product Innovation to oversee and drive the development of new products, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, refining product strategies, managing product lifecycle, leading project execution, and championing a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience with Product Strategy and Product Management, including the development and execution of product roadmaps.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Translate complex scientific concepts into compelling consumer-facing product ideas and claims.
• Expertise in Project Management, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams.
