We're partnering with a growing power technology company seeking a Director of Product Engineering to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive innovative power and energy products from concept through commercialization.
What You'll Own
- Lead Electrical, Mechanical, and Product Engineering teams
- Drive product roadmap execution and new product development initiatives
- Oversee power electronics architecture, design, testing, and commercialization
- Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices
- Partner cross-functionally with software, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering organizations
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of power electronics product development experience
- 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Expertise in AC-DC, DC-AC, and DC-DC power conversion
- Experience with energy storage, power infrastructure, UPS, solar, EV, or related technologies
- Proven success leading products from concept to market
- Strong understanding of grid-connected power systems
- B. xzgxqkn S. in Electrical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
