Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing body care brand, is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead new product launches from concept through commercialization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept through retail launch.
- Partner with Innovation, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and external manufacturing partners to bring new products to market.
- Drive development timelines, manage multiple product launches, and ensure projects stay on track.
- Guide formula development, product testing, approvals, and commercialization.
- Stay ahead of ingredient trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to influence future product development.
We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of body care w fragrance product development experience .
- Proven success managing product launches from concept to shelf.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help build what's next.
- Willing to work fully on-site until established and then role will transition to hybrid schedule.
