Director of Product Design - Remote E‑Commerce UX Leader

Target in Tallahassee seeks a Director, Product Design to lead a team of about 15 designers and managers for ecommerce experiences such as cart, checkout, and fulfillment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to set strategy, establish processes, and maintain high design standards across a global organization.

You will mentor leaders, communicate data-driven rationales, and drive cross-functional alignment while supporting remote and on-site collaboration in a dynamic retail environment.
