Leading a team of procurement professionals, the full-time Director of Procurement will develop and execute procurement strategies for Technology & Product, partnering with senior leaders to drive innovation and operational resilience in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the procurement strategy and sourcing roadmap across various technology categories, including software, cloud, and cybersecurity Lead complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and investment priorities Apply market analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and supplier rationalization across the procurement portfolio Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, particularly in technology categories Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with total cost of ownership and benchmarking Ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives and stakeholders
