Leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Director of Process Improvement will analyze existing business processes, develop sustainable improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective implementation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities and provide oversight for execution of business cases Perform detailed analysis of workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance effectiveness and productivity Drive consensus among stakeholders and contribute to executive-level presentations for project support and awareness Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives Operations experience preferred CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred
