Director of Process Development

Leading the development and implementation of standardized operating processes, the full-time remote Director of Process Development will enhance project execution and operational consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standardized field operating procedures and practices to improve operational consistency across projects Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field execution, operational efficiency, and project outcomes Oversee the rollout and adoption of new operating processes while monitoring their effectiveness across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, project management, or process improvement Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing standardized operational processes across multiple teams or projects Strong knowledge of large-scale project execution and field management practices Experience leading organizational change and operational transformation initiatives
