Job Summary:

Nature of Work

The Director of Primary Care Faculty Practices provides strategicleadership and operational oversight for adult and pediatricprimary care health services across the Colorado Front Range. Thisrole is responsible for directing a team of clinical practiceleads, fostering excellence in clinical care, and ensuringalignment with institutional goals and community needs. Keyresponsibilities include strategic planning, clinical servicedevelopment, performance management, regulatory compliance, andcultivating a collaborative and inclusive clinical practiceculture. The Director works in close partnership with the Office ofClinical and Community Affairs, contributing to programmatic andoperational initiatives that advance clinical excellence andcommunity engagement.

This position reports to the Associate Dean for Clinical andCommunity Affairs and includes a balanced workload of 1.0 FTE,comprised of:

• 0.5 FTE dedicated to administrative leadership and oversight ofthe practice lead team
• 0.5 FTE allocated to clinical practice in adult primary care asan FNP at the Community Health Clinic at Anschutz MedicalCampus
