Director OF Pricing

Leading all federally mandated price calculations, the full-time remote Director of Government Pricing will manage Medicaid and Medicare pricing, oversee government rebates and discounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead federally mandated price calculations and manage quarterly and annual reporting certifications while ensuring data accuracy Oversee processing and payment of government rebates and discounts, including Medicaid and Medicare programs Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, collaborating with legal counsel to interpret guidance and develop compliant contracting language Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, or JD preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Minimum of 5+ years focused on statutory Government Pricing calculations and compliance Proven experience managing technical analyst teams and handling external audits Strong understanding of regulatory risks and the ability to communicate complex information to senior executives
