Job Details
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
Position: Director of Preconstruction (oversee estimating, business development, and marketing).
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in a high level Preconstruction role or as a Senior Estimator at a GC
- Experience with commercial construction
NICE TO HAVE:
- Sage Estimating experience
- P6 scheduling experience
