Director of Preconstruction Management

To support the successful execution of projects, the full-time remote Director of Preconstruction Management will drive the contracting strategy, manage the customer contracting process, and ensure preconstruction responsibilities align with project scope, schedule, and budget. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a Preconstruction Management team, developing standardized tools and processes for tracking and reporting Establish and execute the post-award contracting strategy, coordinating resources to resolve contract issues and maintain progress Ensure seamless handover to Project Delivery by maintaining alignment between the EPC contract and project execution strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing utility-scale renewable energy EPC contracts over $100MM Strong knowledge of project management control systems, including scheduling, estimating, and change management Field construction experience is preferred Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; MS Project proficiency is preferred
