Director of Preconstruction: Data Center CapEx Leader

Nscale is seeking a hands-on Director, Preconstruction to lead a growing North American team. You will own CapEx proformas, integrated cash flow, and constructability analysis across hyperscale data center projects, reporting to the VP, Preconstruction.

You’ll mentor managers and analysts, drive budgeting and schedule integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. You will build a high‑performance team culture, standardize estimating workflows, and advance digital tools while
