Catalyst Golf Performance is seeking a Director of Player Development — Milwaukee Market to lead player development, coaching delivery, client relationships, and performance-program growth throughout the Milwaukee region.
This is a player-coach leadership position for someone who wants to do more than maintain a lesson book.
The Director of Player Development will personally coach athletes while helping build and oversee the complete Catalyst player-development experience—from initial assessment through programming, physical-development recommendations, equipment optimization, practice planning, and on-course performance.
As the Milwaukee market grows, this individual will also play an important role in developing client relationships, expanding programming, and mentoring future Catalyst coaches.

- Conduct comprehensive Catalyst Golf Game Assessments
- Develop individualized player-development roadmaps
- Deliver private, semi-private, group, and on-course coaching

Players receive:
✔ Comprehensive performance evaluation
✔ Personalized improvement roadmap
