Director of Plant Operations & Transformation


We are seeking an accomplished manufacturing leader to oversee a large-scale production operation while driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance, employee engagement, and business results.


This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proven Plant Manager, Site Leader, or Operations Director who thrives in complex manufacturing environments and has a track record of leading large teams, improving operational performance, and successfully implementing transformational change.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations for a large-scale facility.

  • Drive operational transformation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and technology integration.

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a workforce of 300+ employees (experience managing 500+ employees is highly preferred).

  • Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and lead through visibility and engagement.

  • Leverage industry best practices, benchmarking, and performance metrics to drive results.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.

  • Prior experience as a Plant Manager, Site Leader, Operations Director, or similar senior operational leadership role.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Experience managing organizations of 300+ employees.

  • Strong manufacturing operations background.

  • Experience leading digital transformation, automation, technology integration, or operational modernization initiatives.
