Seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader, the remote Director of Pipeline Development will own the US Pipeline strategy, driving growth and efficiency in outbound demand generation while managing and mentoring a team of 10 professionals. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the US Pipeline strategy, optimizing performance across account tiers to drive predictable revenue Lead and develop a team of Business Development Associates and Concierge staff, standardizing recruitment and onboarding processes Oversee the Concierge function and establish performance benchmarks for partner acquisition, revitalizing external advisor relationships Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in sales development or pipeline operations within a B2B SaaS or MarTech environment Deep understanding of incentive compensation modeling and commercial budgeting Advanced knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot Experience integrating generative AI tools into prospecting and personalization workflows Strong executive presence with the ability to manage fiscal constraints and lead teams through rapid changes
