Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Nutrition
You will lead pharmacy operations and clinical nutrition services for a major academic health system in Boston, MA. This is a senior leadership role focused on operational excellence, clinical program development, and team advancement at a complex, residency-training institution.
What You Will Own
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy and clinical nutrition operations across the organization
- Drive clinical, educational, research, and financial strategy at the department level
- Mentor and develop pharmacy staff through a PGY2 residency program in Pharmacy Administration
- Serve as a key voice in executive-level planning and cross-functional initiatives
What You Bring
Required:
- PharmD from an accredited US pharmacy school
- Five or more years of supervisory experience within a pharmacy department
- Two to three years as an Assistant Director of Pharmacy at an organization with a pharmacy residency program through PGY2 in Pharmacy Administration
- Active Massachusetts pharmacy license by date of hire
Preferred:
- Advanced degree: MS, MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent
- Proven ability to deliver formal presentations on clinical, operational, educational, research, and financial topics
