Director of Performance Management

To ensure effective performance measurement and reporting, the full-time remote Director of Performance Management will define, implement, and monitor standardized metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing actionable insights for decision-making. Key responsibilities Design and develop a standardized reporting framework to measure and communicate market share performance Define and maintain performance metrics and indicators to support enterprise-wide management Collaborate with analytics and IT teams to ensure data integrity and usability in performance reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in Managed Care or Medicare (7+ years) 10+ years of operational experience in Managed Care and/or Medicare Strong experience in performance measurement, reporting, and analytics translation Proven leadership capabilities and ability to foster cross-team relationships Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations
