Director of People Ops & Growth Strategy (Equity Eligible)

CHAOS Industries in El Segundo, California, seeks a Director of People Operations to lead and scale our People Ops function as we grow. You will own onboarding, HR technology, benefits, employee relations, and our internal knowledge base, guiding the Generalist team to deliver high‑quality, scalable service.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Security; drive policy governance, vendor management, reporting, and automation.
