Director of PDS Technology

Leading technology initiatives within the Project and Development Services team, the full-time remote Director of PDS Technology will manage critical technology features, support platform integrations, and drive automation and digitization efforts across the organization. Key responsibilities Manage critical features and integrations with project management platforms supporting over 10k users globally Drive the development of technology platforms, ensuring applicability at local, regional, and global levels Oversee technology operating functions, including sales support, deployment, training, and compliance Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology and business operations, preferably in a cross-functional role Proven experience in transformational roles with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives and diverse stakeholders Experience in deploying technology solutions, including automation and emerging technologies
