Director of Payroll & AI-Driven Process Transformation

Addison Group is seeking a Director of Business Process Transformation to modernize critical operations across Finance and Human Resources, starting with payroll and expanding to Workday-driven redesigns, automation, and practical AI applications.

This hands-on leader will own end-to-end transformation, maintain uninterrupted payroll, ensure control and compliance, and scale the methodology across expenses, procurement, accounts payable, onboarding, benefits, and compensation.
