Director of Payments & Commerce Platform Operations

Roku, Inc. seeks a Director, Platform Operations – Payments & Commerce to own the operating model, governance, and readiness across a global payments and commerce ecosystem.

You will drive executive reporting, incident governance, and organizational scalability while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to deliver major initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in operations/program management and a strong payments background, plus experience leading teams and defining governance
