Director of Payment Integrity Analytics

To support the implementation of Payment Integrity programs, the fully remote Director of Payment Integrity Analytics will develop data reporting practices, manage client data integrity, and partner with application developers to optimize data models while leveraging advanced database architecture and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-performing teams in the end-to-end implementation of Payment Integrity programs, including Data Mining and various audit types Monitor onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring timely submission and quality review of client deliverables Prepare executive status reports and manage project communications while overseeing quality assurance activities and compliance adherence Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or MBA, or 8+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity 8+ years of experience in client implementations related to data mining, clinical, and coding programs Advanced knowledge of database development and data model architecture in SQL Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Intermediate skills in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced skills in SharePoint and Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
