Director of Patient Enrollment & Growth (Remote)

Daymark Health is seeking a Director of Enrollment to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for initial patient outreach, scheduling visits, and driving enrollment in a value-based oncology model.

You will own the enrollment funnel end to end, develop scalable processes, and align data-driven operations with exceptional patient experience. This role emphasizes building repeatable playbooks, dashboards, and coaching programs across markets.
