Director of Patient Enrollment & Growth (Remote)

Daymark Health, a value-based oncology company, seeks a Director of Enrollment to lead the Enrollment Specialists and own the first patient touchpoint. You will design outreach strategies, craft scripts, and drive scheduling of new patient visits with a focus on empathy and scalability.

You will manage a metrics-driven team, optimize the enrollment funnel from outreach to CRM, and partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to align growth and patient experience.
