Director of Partnerships and Business Development (Fully Remote)

• Own partnership strategy and roadmap across Eleos' full partner portfolio.
• Build, formalize, and negotiate partnership agreements with commercial terms and attribution.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of partnership managers.
• Integrate existing team members and relationships into the new structure.

Operational Excellence:

• Implement Salesforce tracking and ROI measurement for partner-sourced pipeline.
• Serve as primary cross-functional connector between partnerships and other departments.

Success Metrics:

• In first 30 days: deliver comprehensive assessment of team and partnerships state.
• In first 90 days: execute against clear vision with performance expectations and early progress.
